Q1: What is E-Wallet Soundbox?

A1: Soundbox is a new audio-assisted smart devide that alert merchant with every purchase made through E-wallet. The device provide instant notification when customer paid through an E-wallet. The device need to be connect online through Mobile (SIM) or Wi-Fi network.

Q2: The Soundbox come with what language?

A2: It comes with 3 languages. (i) Malay (ii) English (iii) Chinese.

Q3: Can I transfer my Soundbox to other merchant?

A3: No. One Soundbox is binding to one mercahnt ID only. Cannot be transfer.

Q4: Can I use my own SIM card to the Soundbox?

A4: Yes. You can use any SIM card as long as the SIM card have data plan with it.

Q5: Can I replay the last transaction for the Soundbox?

A5: Yes. By pressing the distribution button to replay the last transaction.

Q6: In what situation the Soundbox will not perform? What should I do?

A6: (i) Please ensure “3rd Party POs Integration” in Maybank QRpayBiz App status is “Active”.

(ii) Please ensure internet connection is stable.

Q7: Why the Soundbox yellow light keep lighting?

A7: Yellow light blinking indicate low battery. Please re-charge the device.

Q8: Is the Soundbox come with warranty?

A8: Yes. It come with 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty only cover the technical problems and dies not cover damage due to:

(i) Moisture does not cover damage due to.

(ii) Physical damage-exp: damage to the device as a result of a fall or impact etc.

(iii) Unauthorized intervention-Such as repairs performed during warranty period by an unauthorized person.

Q9: How do I claims my Soundbox warranty?

A9: If your device is qualified for warranty claims, kindly contact Naga Plus customer care line. We will arrange courier service to collect the faulty device. The new device will send out within 14 days from the date of faulty device been received by us (Naga Plus).

Q10: If I need any assistant who should I refer to?

A10: All Soundbox support are direct come from the soundbox supplier Naga Plus Resources Sdn Bhd,. Any assistant needed please refer to our Help desk details as below:
