🔥The Soundbox is linked to your existing Maybank QRPay ID(MBBQRXXXX). So, once customer scan your Soundbox QR code, the Soundbox will notify / alert you amount of the payment.

⭐️How to order ?
Step 1 : Select your prefer Language
Step 2 : Select Package (i) Soundbox only or (ii) Soundbox + 1 year data Simcard package
Step 3 : Wait for our admin to contact for the soundbox activation within 3 days.
⭐️What you should do after purchase Soundbox ?
Step 1 : Whatsapp your “Purchase Order No” to our care line : 017
Step 2 : Give your Merchant ID (MBBQRxxxxx) & Maybank QR code photo to care line (i) Merchant ID is for us to link the Soundbox to your MaybankQR account (ii) QR code Photo is for us to print out and stick on the Soundbox for you
Step 3 : Care line will send the link notification to your QRPayBiz app for activation
Step 4 : Activation done and Soundbox will courier out to you

Q1. The Maybank Soundbox QR code is same as my existing QR code ?
A1. Yes. is the same QR code. So customer scan both QR code the Soundbox will voice alert you.
Q2. If i use Soundbox got any transaction charges (MDR) ?
A2. No. Is 0% charges. Now Maybank still impose 0% charges
Q3. If customer scan the Soundbox QR code the money will go to my existing bank account ?
A3. Yes. Soundbox just a device link to your Maybank QR code to alert you when customer make payment. It dn’t change any info in your MaybankQR pay. Everything remain as usual.
Q4. Can i accept all kind of payment ?
A4. Yes. Maybank QR code is Duitnow QR code so it can accept all payment like TNG, Boost, Grabpay, Public bank, HL Bank….
Q5. I need to be Maybank QRpay merchant first in order to use the Soundbox ?
A5. Yes. If you are not registered merchant, we can help you to register. You no need to have Maybank account to become Maybank QRpay merchant. Any valid current or personal bank account will do.
Note : There will be RM38 annual / maintenance fee for the Soundbox. First year is waived.
